We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration or class activities will be used solely for the purpose of conducting our art and craft classes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. We ensure all data is stored securely and used responsibly.

The safety and well-being of your child are our top priorities. All activities are conducted in a safe and supervised environment. Our instructors are experienced and trained in early childhood education and adhere to strict safety protocols. We comply with all relevant child protection laws and regulations, including:

    •    Working with Children Check: All instructors have a valid Working with Children Check as required by Victorian law.

    •    First Aid: Our instructors are trained in basic first aid and emergency response procedures.

    •    Supervision: Children are supervised at all times during class activities.

To ensure a safe and healthy environment, we adhere to the following guidelines:

    •    Illness Policy: Children displaying symptoms of illness should not attend classes. Please notify us if your child is unwell.

    •    Sanitisation: All materials and equipment are sanitised before and after each class.

    •    Hand Hygiene: Instructors and children are encouraged to practice good hand hygiene by washing hands or using hand sanitiser regularly.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges.

Non-Refundable Policy:

Please note that refunds are not available for cancelled bookings made less than 72 hours before the class start time.

Partial Refunds:

In extenuating circumstances with clear documented reasoning, such as illness or urgent life events, we may consider a partial refund of 75% of the original booking fee or provide vouchers for future classes. Please contact us via email to discuss your situation.

•    Preparation: Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children are prepared for each class and adhere to the guidelines provided by the instructor.

    •    Modifications or Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes if necessary, with prior notice to the parents or guardians.

    •    Damage: Any damage to materials or equipment caused intentionally by a child may incur additional charges.
