Child Safety
The safety and well-being of your child are our top priorities. All activities are conducted in a safe and supervised environment. Our instructors are experienced and trained in early childhood education and adhere to strict safety protocols, including a valid Working with Children Check, basic first aid training, and constant supervision during class activities.
Health & Hygiene
Children displaying symptoms of illness should not attend classes — please notify us if your child is unwell. All materials and equipment are sanitised before and after each class, and good hand hygiene is encouraged throughout.
Cancellation & Refund
To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 72 hours before the class start time — cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time. In extenuating circumstances (e.g. illness or urgent life events) with documented reasoning, a partial refund of 75% or a voucher for future classes may be considered — please contact us via email to discuss.
Class Conduct & Responsibilities
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are prepared for each class and follow the instructor's guidelines. We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes if necessary, with prior notice. Any intentional damage to materials or equipment may incur additional charges.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration or class activities is used solely for the purpose of conducting our art and craft classes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. All data is stored securely and used responsibly.
